By accessing or using LDGR Systems' website and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

You represent that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for account security, credentials, and all activity under your account.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services.
4. Fees and Payment
Paid plans, billing cycles, payment terms, and late payment consequences are governed by your order form, subscription agreement, or other written commercial terms with LDGR Systems.
5. Intellectual Property
LDGR Systems and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, and related content. Except for rights expressly granted, no license is implied.
6. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other and agrees to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms and to protect it using reasonable safeguards.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LDGR Systems disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LDGR Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate according to the applicable subscription or services agreement. Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms end, except provisions intended to survive.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state and country identified below, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the designated courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
